A Bit About Me

Making a Positive Impact

My name is Claude Hafez and I have been a personal trainer and have started my fitness journey since 2015 because I found that having a healthy, productive, and motivational lifestyle proves to have great benefits on an individual’s body, mood, and attitude. I became a certified personal trainer and senior fitness specialist through NASM and I'm a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Weight Loss Specialist, and Performance Enhancement Specialist. Now, I reached my primary goal of becoming a Master Trainer through NASM.

 

By being the only NASM master trainer in the Tri-Cities, my passion is to guide the world towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. I am skilled in training everyone; however, I primarily focus on senior training. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule, and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance?

Yes, there is an extra charge for a nutritional plan that can be found on https://procoach.app/claude-hafez. I’ll break your big goals into small daily practices that add up to massive changes. This is not a diet, it is a plan that clients can follow to change their eating habits and as a result, you’ll progress toward your goals without ever feeling overwhelmed, and build habits that last a lifetime. My science-based coaching method does more than teach you how to eat better. It won’t be just about what you lose, but what you’ll gain: knowledge, control, and the confidence that comes with knowing you are capable of anything.

Do you offer online training?

Yes, this is an option. Training can happen anytime and anywhere, even at the comfort of your own home! It is not necessary to be at the gym to get a great workout in. If you do not like the environment of the gym, we can have online sessions to keep building strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance from your own space.

What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?

I recommend having a stability ball, elastic bands, dumbbells, stepper, and a Bosu ball to stay active on the days where we do not have a session. The stability and the Bosu ball are for balance, the elastic bands and dumbbells add weight for muscle gain, and the stepper is an excellent way to keep legs strong. A lot of the exercises that we work on at the gym can be doable at the comfort of your own home. As I always say, keep moving.

How are you different from a regular gym trainer?

I believe I am different than other trainers due to my persistent passion and enthusiasm for fitness. I absolutely love being able to help others in their life journey to reach their individual physical, as well as mental health goals because it gives me a purpose in life. My goal is to aid in encouraging and motivating my clients, and be able to grow in my own skills that need to be worked on. As a Master Trainer, I have the ability and knowledge to get my clients where they want to be in their fitness journey, regardless of their health problems in order to help them be active again.
